These Terms of Use apply to the public pages of the AlphaStone website. By accessing the public site, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Authenticated dashboards, investment-related services, and other private features are separate from the public research site and may be governed by additional agreements.
2. Research purpose
AlphaStone is a personal quantitative research project asking whether AI can assist quantitative trading research. The public site documents the research question, methodology, research notes, and labeled results.
The site is not an investment offering, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or strategy. Nothing on the public site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
3. Research results and data
Results may include backtested data and results from the author's own live account. The source and test context are labeled where applicable. Backtests are hypothetical, depend on their assumptions, and do not reproduce every condition that may affect real trading.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Research may be incomplete, revised, or later shown to be incorrect. You are responsible for independently evaluating any information before relying on it.
4. Permitted use
You may view and link to public pages for personal, educational, or research purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, misrepresent AlphaStone's work, or use automated access in a way that disrupts the service.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site's original text, graphics, research presentation, software, and branding belong to AlphaStone Technologies SP or their respective licensors. These terms do not grant ownership of that material or permission to reproduce substantial portions without prior written consent.

The site may link to or load services operated by third parties. AlphaStone does not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.
7. Availability and changes
The public site may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn without notice. These terms may also be revised. The updated date above identifies the current published version.

The public site is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, AlphaStone Technologies SP and the project's author are not liable for losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the public site.
